Testing Procedures

Hello, Welcome to AAA Systems, Inc.!

Below you will find instructions on properly testing your system. We recommend you test your system weekly to ensure proper operation. A few minutes of your time on a weekly basis could be the differnce in your time of need. If you have any questions you can always reach one of our service personel 24 hours a day 365 days a year toll free at 1-888-663-9276.

   1. You will need your Passcode or Password before you begin.
   2. Call our central station and place your system on test at 1-800-635-9754.
   3. Tell them you would like to place your system on test for 1 hour.
   4. Once off of the phone, Arm your system like you would be leaving for the day.
   5. Wait 1 minute and then open each door in the house. Allow siren to sound for at least 45 seconds before turning off your system.
   6. Disarm your system. (If you disarm by entering your code and then pressing 1 for off, do this 2 times.)
   7. Call the central station back and confirm that they recieved alarm signals.

If the Central Station recieved alarm signals, your system is working properly. If they did not, please contact our Serivce Department for futher assistance at 1-888-663-9276 extention 106. We strive to provide the highest quality service to our clients and work hard to schedule appointments with 1-2 business days when possible.
